★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor compañía de seguros, cuando tuve el siniestro, ellos y nada es lo mismo, el ajustador que mandaron se le fue el que nos afectó, no llego tránsito y no lo puso en el reporte, cobraron el deducible y después de tres horas lpude ir al hospital x que resultó que traía un esguince cervical ? pésimo servicio

Se supone q deben dar el servicio ya q para eso se les contrata....t dicen q se comunicaran en 72 horas pero no es así....uno debe andar buscándolos!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, son muy amables, atienden tus todas dudas con peras y manzanas. El único detalle que me ocurrió cuando acudí para renovar contrato, ya tenían todo preparado. Pero cuando les dije que sólo iba a pagar medio año, cambio un poco la amabilidad. No deberían adelantarse a nada cuando no se han comunicado con el cliente y menos "poner cara" cuando el cliente decide cuánto tiempo desea sus servicios.
The attention is very good, they are very kind, they answer all your questions with pears and apples. The only detail that occurred to me when I went to renew the contract, they already had everything ready. But when I told them that I was only going to pay for half a year, they changed the politeness a bit. They should not get ahead of anything when they have not communicated with the client and even less "put a face" when the client decides how long they want their services.
