★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez que haces la contratación, la gente de ventas no se preocupa en hablarte y mantenerte al tanto de los avances como cuándo llega el material, si ya se tiene una fecha de instalación estimada, etc. Pero eso sí, para venderte están hablé y hablé tratando de concretar la venta.
Eso sí, la gente de instalación muy profesional, con mucha limpieza, atentos a cualquier cambio y terminaron antes de tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas atención una vez pagado el trabajo, nadie se hace responsable de las fallas y prefieren no contestar las llamadas. Quedaron en hacer el trabajo en un día y llevan 3 y no terminan. Barras mal niveladas, paredes golpeadas y sucias, impuntuales para iniciar pero puntuales para salir. Que coraje.
Terrible attention once the work is paid, nobody is responsible for the failures and they prefer not to answer the calls. They agreed to do the job in one day and they have been 3 and they haven't finished. Poorly leveled bars, battered and dirty walls, late to start but on time to leave. That courage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de batallar con la instalación, por fin nos apoyaron y enviaron a gente comprometida con la empresa. La instalación demoró más de 2 días pero el resultado fue bueno. La atención de la tienda es muy bueno al ir y contratar el servicio, pero después cuando surgen problemas se siente cierta apatía por parte de las vendedoras.
After struggling with the installation, they finally supported us and sent people committed to the company. The installation took more than 2 days but the result was good. The attention of the store is very good when going and hiring the service, but later when problems arise, there is a certain apathy on the part of the saleswomen.

Pésimo servicio y atención post venta.
Nada recomendarle.
Pero bueno, viendo los múltiples comentarios la mayoría son de este tipo, lamentablemente estos negocios se aprovechan de la demanda para hacer lo que quieren. Muy mal.

Te entregan los muebles rayoneados, el diseño no está alineado para que se vea esté rico el mueble a parte que al final te entregan lo que quieren. La vendedora cambia lo que le pediste por lo que a ella le parece o no. Una cantidad de dinero enorme tirada a la basura. Esta empresa no debería existe.
Bad choice. They offer you MDF but they give you chipboard. They give you scratched furniture, the design is not aligned so that the furniture looks rich apart from the fact that in the end they give you what they want. The saleswoman changes what you asked for what it seems to her or not. A huge amount of money thrown away. This company shouldn't exist.
