★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, yo voy a imprimir en DTG y me atiende Alejandra, es muy atenta y da buen servicio. No puedo decir lo mismo de la persona que cobra, se enoja si lo llevas cambio o le interrumpes su desayuno o su plática.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que salí molesto de allá y es la ultima vez que busco ayuda y equipos con ustedes. Mis equipos tuvieron una falla en el ADF, el señor RENE me sugirió que metiera mi equipo a servicio (lleve mis dos equipos) me cobraron $3 400, le dieron el servicio (lo llevaron a un centro de servicio EPSON) y me dieron la cotización del ADF, yo pude llevar mi equipo al centro de servicio de EPSON y me cobraban $200 por valorar cada equipo, de saber que ya no iban a servir ni de loco los meto a servicio, le explique al señor RENE mi molestia y no me agarro la onda, solo me dijo pues eso cuesta la reparación. No les importa el cliente solo quieren dinero. NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO Y DINERO AQUÍ, BUSQUEN DIFERENTES OPCIONES
