Nice hotel, depending your room it is also in a quiet area, as long as you do not have poolview, We overlooked the parking lot, which was the quiet side of the hotel (room 333), the other side near the shops is noisy due to the music from the restaurants and public transport, which all have a soundblaster. Rooms are like the photo's, spacious, good mattresses, pillows, and great hot shower. Big balcony. Great breakfast buffet, good food choices and well prepared, I loved the fresh baked eggs. A few tips for the staff: Make your guests feel at home, do not question the room choice of your guests, a guest knows what he/she books, and that is not up to you to judge. We like big rooms, so we book double bed rooms, that is not your concern as long as we pay, right? If you pretend to be an eco friendly hotel and urge your guest to be nature preservation aware, why is everything packed in plastic? Towels, cups, cutlery in the restaurant? And why did I get a plastic wrist band that no one even checked or looked at during my stay? Checking a room when a guest leaves is not hospitality 2021, that is from 1970 or something, I had to wait a long time before housekeeping gave the clearance for me to leave. Very annoying, what in your rooms should I want to take with me? You do not trust your guests? And you do not make enough profit to cover for that one guest that does take towels or a coffeemaker? Come on! We all know there is COVID, do not spray me wet, I travel on a motorcycle, my bags are dirty and dusty (So am I) now they are muddy, and make a mess when I open them. When your COVID door policy does not allow guests to enter or leave the hotel, please make sure there is always someone at the door, it does not make me feel welcome when I have to wait, it does not make me feel a valued guest when you treat me like I am a leaper.

Great place to stop with our dogs driving south from Phoenix. Friendly staff, great COVID protection and free breakfast. Room was large, clean and recently updated. Blocks from the beach. Tremendous value.

The "quality" aspect of this hotel is questionable at best. Ana at the front desk is a Saint, but everything else was not good Honestly, it seemed like a beautiful hotel..minus the construction, which is not their fault. 2 security officers guarding the parking lot which was awesome! But we had to go through a sprayer to get whatever chemicals on us before entering the hotel. I did not like that. The room itself was great. We went out and came back and the room was cool from the AC. Unfortunately at 4am the AC stopped working and we woke up in a sweat. We asked to change rooms. They wanted us to leave our current room with all of our stuff in it and move. I asked if I could pack up the next morning, as we just needed sleep. They insisted on not allowing this. So we had to pack everything, including our dog and her stuff and moved to another room. ...where the toilet didn't work. It was a nightmare. Not sure I would recommend. Also, screaming kids everywhere, but that can't be helped.

Stayed here 3 times. There are 2 pools, one for families and one that is adult only. Rooms are simple but clean with very good air conditioning. Close to everything but rooms are quiet.
