Quality Inn Piedras Negras - 26070 Piedras Negras

Really nice hotel. If you are looking for a place in Piedras that can accommodate English speaking this is a great choice. Breakfast was delicious, room was very clean, bed was so comfortable.

This Hotel is clean, breakfast is authentic Mexican food, and I've only experience twice having to complain about noise. It was handle immediately. However, on my last stay I was overcharged.

We came to stay here from the US, started off wrong then saying they cancelled our reservation and then tried giving us a smoking room when we had reserved a non smoking. Once we finally got a room about 20 minutes of waiting we got to the room not even being there for 5 minutes and the phone rings in the room telling us we need to leave bc we have a dog. The only reason we booked this hotel was bc on the website it said pets allowed. We then went to the front desk and they wanted to give us a fine. We left and did not stay the employee at the desk told us to call in the morning to receive a refund. We then called in the morning and the employee who answered the phone gave us a fake name and told us we were still checked in to the hotel. I am beyond upset and frustrated with their service and will never plan on staying here. The room was hot and they refuse to give us a refund and giving us fake names. Their customer service is the worst save your time and money. This place isn’t worth it. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

Great job to all the staff at Quality in Piedras Negras. You guys always make me feel safe and welcomed. My girls always ask are we staying at Hotel. They love it. From the verity of breakfast, pool and gym.

This is our second time staying! & we love it. Clean beds, big pool kids love it! Also open till late. Great location. Breakfast is GREAT! Real breakfast Delicious Will stay every time we come!

Was as expected besides the lock and card keys not working, but besides that it was the same as always

Love this hotel. Clean with a very awesome customer service ? ?. Food was good, and price was a little bit more expensive compared with other 3 srar hotels here in Piedras Negras but the quality and service provided at this hotel you would not find it in the other " cheaper" ones. So the price was fair for the service... Definitely staying more often here on my visits to my Piedras Negras.

Check in was slow and redundant, almost rude. We finally got to our room and they gave us a dirty “cot” as additional bed, covered in hair and some sort of lotion. The room smelled like mold, beds not comfortable. But the worse part was that the bottom lock wouldn’t lock, so I had to really try to twist hard to lock it, now the next morning, I was locked in my room. I had to call front desk, I was stuck inside my room for almost 2 hours, maintenance wasn’t able to open it. Me and my brother had to lift the door and twist the lock in order to open it, because nothing was working, when the door finally opened, we saw the door part where the lock goes, was poorly installed/damaged. Now it’s important to note that the windows don’t open, so we were completely STUCKED inside the room. Had we had a fire or emergency, that couldn’t been catastrophic.
