★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, se tardaron 3 meses en hacer una targa (tuvimos que estar nosotros detrás de ellos, pues no daban respuesta), se pagó como ellos indican una parte primero y otra parte al final y ni así cumplieron con el contrato, la señorita que nos atendió muy bien atenta en el momento de la cotización y todo, pero después de eso h al finalizar los pagos nos decía que no se había incluido los accesorios (que ya se habían pagado) y también tampoco respetó el diseño como nosotros se lo pedimos, muy mal servicio, primera y última vez con ellos.

La asesoría de la vendedora fue bastante deficiente, no se aprovechan los espacios y la rectificación de medidas es una tomada de pelo. Los materiales con los que están fabricados los muebles son de PÉSIMA CALIDAD, jamás te los muestran durante las visitas para preparar el diseño. Es un auténtico ROBO en cuanto a precio y calidad. No recomendamos el negocio e invitamos a todo aquel que busque algo duradero para su casa NO COMPRAR EN ESTE NEGOCIO. Déjanos fotografías con evidencia del pésimo trabajo y servicio que recibimos.
The worst decision to invest in kitchen, dressing room and closets. The advice of the seller was quite deficient, the spaces are not used and the rectification of measures is a joke. Primero en la hora de la venta te muestran MDF y cuando te entregan tu cocina es aglomerado, en su contrato no viene especificado eso y no se hacen responsables de hacer el cambio de material, no saben diferenciar entre melamina, MDF y aglomerado
Después de que retrasaron más de 3 semanas mi entrega, decían que estaban en tiempo y ni una llamada (servicio al cliente básico) para confirmar o para avisar cambios en las fechas
Después en la hora de la entrega los muebles mal cortados, golpeados y con infinidad de detalles
En la hora de la venta te comentan que es una semana para que pongan la cubierta, tardan 3 semanas para hacerlo y el proveedor de la cubierta con pésima actitud, negándonos un servicio que se había hablado con ellos previamente
Las dos personas con las que tuve contacto pésima actitud y si dar soluciones!
NO COMPREN AHÍ!

At the time of the sale they tell you that it is a week for them to put the cover, it takes 3 weeks to do it and the supplier of the cover with a terrible attitude, denying us a service that had been discussed with them previously
The two people with whom I had terrible contact and whether to provide solutions!
