★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque su servicio a cliente está mejorando un poco si lo ponemos en una escala del 1 al 10 donde uno es pésimo y diez es excelente lo calificaría con un 4 pues falta una buena atención al cliente y no se diga si quieres facturar aparte de que se tardan día literalmente día porque pedí una y se tardaron casi 15 dias en darme un factura por $400 pesos de un servicio el departamento de facturas si le doy 1 es pésimo el servicio de facturación, en cuanto a sus productos estoy contento y en la entrega de resultados también, no les pido nos traten como reyes pero si con empatia porque no se les pide fiado o limosna pagamos un servicio y merecemos un trato digno
