He sido cliente por años pero los últimos meses ha decaído su servicio, atención y cumplimiento. They do not meet the hours and/or delivery dates. Their "discounts" move them as they please without respecting what they promise or offer. I have been a customer for years but in recent months their service, attention and compliance have declined.

In fact my jacket..basically all things white were dirty with large black marks. My underware had not been washed at all. We leave tomorrow for another leg on our journey and cannot take it back....not that I would want too.
