★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un sillón y me lo dejaron en la calle ya que vivo en planta alta, al confirmar el flete por telefono se les mencionó si se podia dejar en segunda planta ya que es para una persona de la tercera edad y nos dijeron que con un costo de $50 extra lo subian sin problema, pero cuando llegaron los chavos del flete expresaron que estaba muy pesado y a nosotros os dijieron que tenían estrictamente prohibido subir muebles, aún que se había pagado $250 de flete cuando el contrato decía $200, ahora tenemos que acudir a profeco, mi consejo es busquen otra muebleria primero o consigan su propio flete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos una recamara, los encargados de entregarla nos cobraron $50 pesos más por subirla a un segundo piso haciéndolo aparte de mala gana y sin cuidado.
Cuando destapamos los muebles para su colocación uno de los buros estaba roto de la base y se extendia hasta la pata.
Fuimos a reclamar a la tienda y va ya casi un mes sin que nos den solución, la persona de la tienda nos dice que el no sabe quien es el proveedor así que se lava las manos.
Pésimo servicio al cliente
We bought a bedroom, the people in charge of delivering it charged us $ 50 pesos more for uploading it to a second floor, doing so reluctantly and carelessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, malos para cumplir la fecha de entrega, se molestan, te atienden de mala gana, no responden los teléfonos, de verdad si quieren comprar un problema vayan a esta tienda... para nada recomiendo, personal pésimo.
lousy service, bad to meet the delivery date, they bother, they attend you reluctantly, they don't answer the phones, really if you want to buy a problem go to this store... I don't recommend it at all, lousy staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar se encuentran bien ubicado la presentación del local muy limpia ordenada y con las medidas necesarias para el acceso al lugar y el servicio a cliente bueno y detallada la información de los productos que ofrecen.
También ofrecen servicio a domicilio.
El problema más grande son sus entregas tardan una semana si llega tu mueble a casa con algún defecto de fabrica no te resuelven con claridad tardan en darte tu mueble en optimas condiciones puras excusas.
The place is well located, the presentation of the premises is very clean, organized and with the necessary measures for access to the place and good customer service and detailed information on the products they offer.
They also offer home delivery.
The biggest problem is their deliveries take a week if your furniture arrives home with a manufacturing defect, they do not solve you clearly, they take time to give you your furniture in optimal conditions, pure excuses.
