El único detalle es que casi no responden en WhastApp ni en Facebook para checar el número de rastreo del pedido de ahí todo bien. Llame al número aquí publicado y no me contestaron pero al poco rato me devolvieron la llamada de otro número, otro empleado, muy amable. Recibí 2 compras internacionales llegadas en diferentes fechas, el primero lo fui a recoger a oficina por que me urgía y me lo entregaron sin problema. El segundo me lo llevaron a domicilio. La regla es que te lo llevan a domicilio a los 2 días de llegar a esta oficina local. Se ve el empeño de la empresa por mejorar y ser profesionales, la página web rastrea los envíos con precisión. OJO: Las compras internacionales no siempre llegan por medio de esta paquetería. I had my fears and I even investigated everywhere but my experience so far has been very good. Everytime a package come in for me they send me a whatsapp message and we make arrangements for getting it to me. Either when I can get up to the City or they can deliver it to the next major city which is about halfway. I've very much appreciated the customer service here!
