S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una porquería de paquetería, desaparecen los paquetes y nadie te da una respuesta, eviten en lo posible usar este servicio tan mediocre. Ni siquiera tienen buena atención al cliente, se lavan las manos diciendo que ya está en ruta de entrega pero jamás llega, y para colmo deshabilitan tu guía para que no puedas rastrearlo, de pronto ya simplemente no existe en el sistema. ASCO DE EMPRESA! It's a crap package, the packages disappear and nobody gives you an answer, avoid using this mediocre service as much as possible. They don't even have good customer service, they wash their hands saying that it's already on the delivery route but it never arrives, and to top it off they disable your guide so you can't track it, suddenly it just doesn't exist in the system anymore. COMPANY DISGUST!

Súper transitada, quien sabe quién se llevó mi paquete un aporqueria hasta correos entrega en mano y son los más barato, no usen este correo se roban los paquetes a y acabo de revisarvla cámara de seguridad, dónde se ve que jamás dejaron nada????? They never delivered my package, according to them their policy was just leave it at the door or mailbox, I don't have a mailbox and it's more business, on an av. Super busy, who knows who took my package, even post office delivery by hand and they are the cheapest, do not use this post office, the packages are stolen, and I just checked the security camera, where do you see that they never left anything ???? ?

Para cumplir sus "cuotas" dicen que entregan pero no lo hacen, y en el seguimiento ponen ENTREGA FALLIDA POR NO ENCONTRAR AL DESTINATARIO cuando ni siquiera lo entregan. He llamado 7 veces y las 7 veces prometen entregar en un plazo de 72 horas y ya pasó casi un mes. El tiempo de entrega ha sido más largo dentro de Ags, que desde el destino inicial a México. ¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMO! For no reason do you hire this company in Aguascalientes. Save yourself the bad shot. To meet their "quotas" they say they deliver but they don't, and in the follow-up they put DELIVERY FAILED FOR NOT FINDING THE RECIPIENT when they don't even deliver it. I have called 7 times and the 7 times they promise to deliver within 72 hours and it has been almost a month. The delivery time has been longer within Ags, than from the initial destination to Mexico. BAD SERVICE, BAD!

A	Angel Galvez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesima paquetería, te pierden o roban los paquetes supuestamente dicen que el paquete esta entregado y que los dejaron en el buzón o la puerta pero cuando se revisa las cámaras el día de la supuesta entrega nunca la realizaron. creo que los mensajeros se quedan con los paquetes y se justifican con que los dejaron en la puerta lousy parcel, they lose or steal the packages supposedly they say that the package is delivered and that they left it in the mailbox or the door but when the cameras are checked on the day of the supposed delivery they never made it. I think the couriers keep the packages and justify that they left them at the door

Pésimo servicio! Si gustan pongamos de acuerdo para levantar una queja en Profeco, por qué se roban los paquetes que según ellos entregan! They notified me until May 26 that my package had been delivered since May 11, which never happened, and I gave up my package as lost! Terrible service!
