★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El repartidor hizo una entrega a una persona que no existe en mi edificio y dió un nombre y firma falsa.Pésimo servicio al cliente.
Te dicen que tienes que esperar una semana a que te den una respuesta sobre tu caso.
Sigo esperando dicha respuesta.
Lo peor de todo es que hacen quedar mal a la empresa SHEIN que sí manda sus artículos a tiempo. Quality post es la peor empresa de envíos en México.

 The delivery man made a delivery to a person who does not exist in my building and gave a false name and signature. Terrible customer service.
They tell you that you have to wait a week for a response on your case.
I'm still waiting for that answer.
Worst of all, they make SHEIN look bad if they ship their items on time. Quality post is the worst shipping company in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal, la peor paquetería, llevo dos semanas intentando que me den mi paquete, hago llamadas y me dan tickets para recogerlos pero aquí los desconocen y dicen que si lo tiene pero aún no me lo pueden entregar. Te dan número de teléfono para que te comuniques con ellos y no contestan ni a llamadas ni a mensajes. Si pueden evitarla sería mejor y también veo el detalle que aliexpress trabaja con ellos… repito la peor mensajería y eso que sepomex es malísima y esta se lo lleva de calle.
Fatal, the worst parcel, I've been trying for two weeks to get my package, I make calls and they give me tickets to pick them up but they don't know them here and they say that they do have it but they still can't deliver it to me. They give you a phone number so you can contact them and they don't answer calls or messages. If they can avoid it, it would be better and I also see the detail that aliexpress works with them… I repeat the worst messaging service and that sepomex is terrible and this one takes it to the streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquetería. Dos paquetes que pedí por internet terminaron en las manos de quality post. El primero insistían que nadie les abrió en la entrega, cuando es una oficina con mas de 15 personas, así que supimos que nunca se presentaron. El segundo paquete lleva mas de 2 semanas en su oficina, por teléfono me dieron una cita para ir a recoger, y en la paquetería me dijeron que es imposible localizarlo, que ellos me llamarían. Obviamente nunca hablaron. Una verdadera basura de sevicio, me gustaría denunciar por robo.
Lousy package. Two packages that I ordered online ended up in the hands of quality post. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevo pidiendo paquetes de Aliexpres desde hace mucho tiempo y nunca había tenido problemas hasta ahora con esta pésima paquetería...
Muy mala paquetería, mi paquete de Aliexpres está en oficinas de entrega desde el 13 de febrero, tenía marcado en su página que entrega máxima el 18 de febrero y al día de hoy 23 de febrero no me han entregado.
Ya llame para generar un reporte y me dicen que tengo que esperar 7 días.
La siguiente opción después de esos 7 días es ir por el a sus oficinas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron un poco en entregar, me dijeron fecha de entrega el 9 de marzo y me entregaron el 14 de marzo. Fueron muy amables cuando llamé para darle seguimiento a mi paquete y realmente fue rápida la respuesta, para ser la primer vez que me llega un paquete por esta paqueteria, todo salió muy bien.
They took a while to deliver, they told me the delivery date was March 9 and they delivered it on March 14. They were very kind when I called to follow up on my package and the response was really fast, for the first time that a package has arrived for this parcel, everything went very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima paquetería, indicaron que hubo un intento de entrega y nadie recibió mi paquete, en mi domicilio tenemos cámaras de vigilancia y en ningún momento fue el mensajero de paquetería,me comunique con la paquetería y les hice saber lo sucedido y me dicen cosas diferentes cada día que llamo ya llevo 10 días marcando y aún no saben que pasó con mi paquete ni cuando entregarán, está paquetería es un fraude total. No sé las recomiendo para nada.
Terrible package, they indicated that there was an attempt to deliver and no one received my package, at my home we have surveillance cameras and at no time was the package messenger, I contacted the package and let them know what happened and they tell me different things each The day I call, I've been dialing for 10 days and they still don't know what happened to my package or when they will deliver, this package is a total fraud. I don't know I recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su página tardó en aparecer que ya tenían el paquete y decía una fecha de entrega máxima del 3 de marzo, cuando cheque el 3 otra vez para ver si ya estaba con mensajero ya no me aparecía ninguna información; así que hablé, en sus teléfonos tardan en contestar y me dijeron que tenía que esperar otros tres días para poder recoger en sucursal, pero que iban a poner un reporte porque ya había pasado la fecha limite y mi paquete llegó el domingo 06 de marzo. El mensajero fue muy amable.
