Es un asco de servicio en la paquetería esa gorda que te atiende prepotente pésimo servicio no estirando porque hay personas así. Si no le gusta su trabajo pues que cambie de trabajo creo que a nadien le obliga a trabajar en un lugar si no le gusta

Pésimo servicio y atención en Quality Post, mienten diciendo que van a tu domicilio a entregar tu paquete y se quedan con el, ahora en todas mis compras x internet me aseguraré que no las envíen a través de esta empresa, son lo peor que hay.
Terrible service and attention at Quality Post, they lie saying that they go to your home to deliver your package and keep it, now in all my purchases on the internet I will make sure that they are not sent through this company, they are the worst there is.

Otra empresa a la cual si pudiera le pondría 0 mi paquete debió ser entregado el pasado 21 de enero, hablé que a más tardar el 30, nada! Hablé el 31 y que ahora de 1 a 7 días, me llega la actualización ayer 2 de feb de que nadie me ha podido localizar, cosa que fue una vil mentira, hablo hoy y les comento y me dicen que como ya tengo un reporte debo esperar ahora de 5 a 6 días más. Quality es un nombre bastante irónico para este servicio de paquetería de la m@#_&, solo hay oficinas en Cancún y cuando le digo a la chava que está muy descontenta con su servicio y me cuelga. No compren por Ali Express si está paquetería entrega quizás nunca te llegue ... Valen 3 hectáreas de v#$&#

El lugar es discreto, y tratan de ayudar ??. Sugiero ir con tiempo y paciencia (tardé entre 20 y 30 mins y era la única persona). Lo único que no sé si dependa de ellos, es que no me dieron copia de mis documentos, y eso me ocasionó muchos inconvenientes con la empresa que envió el paquete.
The place is discreet, and they try to help ??. I suggest going with time and patience (it took between 20 and 30 minutes and I was the only person). The only thing I don't know if it depends on them is that they didn't give me a copy of my documents, and that caused me many problems with the company that sent the package.

Tardan mucho en salir a atender , no hay nadie pendiente y tienen un timbre que no funciona.

Pésimo servicio, mi paquete debió llegar el 17 de marzo hoy ya es 24 de marzo y nada que llega?? estoy súper molesta.... Sigo en espera de mi pedido. Ojalá ya quitarán esa paquetería.

Muy mal servicio. Saqué cita para adelantar mi entrega que estaba programada para 4 días después de mi cita y en la oficina me dijeron que ya estaba con el repartidor. Me trato de comunicar con el repartidor y no es su ruta. De haber sabido que tardaría tanto la entrega (más de 15 días) no hago la compra en LINIO
