J	Jorge luis Barrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 4 estrellas porque un mensajero se comunicó conmigo y no estaba en casa le pedí que me dijera como hacer para ir a recoger en físico y me dio la dirección de la oficina... pero en el reporte de guía aparecía que yo lo había rechazado y que se iba a devolver, me comuniqué por WhatsApp, por Facebook, 10 minutos en espera 2 veces osea 20 min. Hasta que mejor fui y afortunadamente me resolvieron sin problemas. Si has pedido algo por Aliexpress te recomiendo asistir sí o sí unos 3 o 5 días después de que se acabe la fecha plazo de entrega. Y sin problema te dan tu paquete con identificación ofical y número de seguimiento. Actualmente he tenido que marcar para revisar donde esta mi paquete y si puedo recogerlo en sucursal. Hoy 11/02/2022 me comentaron que no puedo pasar a recogerlo por que ya lo tiene un repartidor (cosa que dudo mucho) Al parecer tendré que acudir a su sucursal para ver que ha pasado por que claramente su 01 800 no me pueda dar una respuesta concreta. Ojala nunca les manden nada por esta paqueteía. The worst of the worse. Unfortunately Aliexpress works with them. Your packages will never arrive on time. Currently I have had to dial to check where my package is and if I can pick it up at the branch. Today 02/11/2022 they told me that I cannot pick it up because a delivery man already has it (which I highly doubt) Apparently I will have to go to his branch to see what has happened because clearly his 01 800 cannot give me a concrete answer. Les recomiendo paciencia al teléfono y un poco más de empatía, al final a veces el trabajo nos excede a todos y reconozco que la mayoría del personal que me ha atendido siempre se ha comportado de manera amable. Felicidades, me han sorprendido de manera positiva y les deseo que sigan teniendo trabajo para dar empleo a cientos de familias mexicanas ❤️???? Tengan paciencia, le doy 5 estrellas porque el repartidor fue muy amable. Me habló para decirme que ya estaba afuera, firme de entregado, tomó foto a la entrega y me dio mi paquete siempre con una sonrisa y eso se agradece. Today 3/9/22 my package finally arrived. It took 3 weeks after the scheduled date but considering I live out of town I understand the delay. Please be patient, I give it 5 stars because the delivery man was very nice. He called me to tell me that he was already outside, signed for delivery, took a photo upon delivery and always gave me my package with a smile and that is appreciated.
