Viendo tantísimas reseñas negativas, debo decir que en las 2 ocasiones que Librerías Gandhi me ha enviado mis pedidos de libros con esta mensajería, el servicio recibido por parte de Quality Post ha sido excelente. Recibí llamadas de parte de los 2 mensajeros para informar que se encontraban afuera con mis paquetes. Ambos mensajeros muy amables y la entrega súper rápida, ambas cajitas en perfectas condiciones. Justo hoy 12 abril recibí pedido realizado el domingo 10 abril. ¡Muchas gracias!
Seeing so many negative reviews, I must say that on the 2 occasions that Gandhi Bookstores have sent me my book orders with this courier, the service received from Quality Post has been excellent. I received calls from the 2 couriers to report that they were outside with my packages. Both very friendly couriers and super fast delivery, both boxes in perfect condition. Just today, April 12, I received an order placed on Sunday, April 10. Thank you very much!

A mi nunca he perdido un paquete con ellos, incluyendo de Aliexpress. De hecho a mi me ha sucecido lo mismo con muchos, que marca Entrega Fallido. (Obvio no vinieron, aqui conmigo los de paqueteria no pueden entrar a entregar personalmente ya que la guardia recibe todo las 24 hrs) Pero despues de 2 entregas fallidos, ya es anormal eso, Asi que voy a la sucursal de paqueteria imediato el dia sig. para que chequen mis paquetes, aunque va a tardar un poco, pero te los dan y te dicen si estan los paquetes o sigue en manos del cartero pero te dicen tmb q el cartero regresa para que dejen el paq en sucursal para q regreses a recogerlas. La Srta que atiende en la sucursal es muy muy amable, y te deja el whatsapp para estar pendiente y hoy hasta me confirmo mis 3 paquetes con foto. En muchos casos es muy probable que desde el origen no ponen direccion completa, lo cual no pueden hacer entregas. Sugiero que vayan directamente a recoger paquetes sin hacer llamadas, ya que es un paquete, compro sus cosas que les gustan o necesario, por que no pueden ir personalmente a checar bien en vez de marcar tanto por cel? Y cuando les dicen x cel que devuelto al proveedor, si es el primer dia en eso, quiere decir que esta en proceso de... Asi que todavia no regresan, ponen esos paq. en un lugar especial para iniciar ese proceso. Y si van a recogerlos rapido, te los dan antes de ser devuelto. Asi es con Quality Post igual con DHL.... Antes de dar mal comentarios, veo que muy pocos realmente les importo su paquete. Ya que ni van personalmente a pedir sus paquetes, ni intentan de hacer eso, no mas marcan x cel, eso no sirve de nada....

The lady who attends the branch is very very kind, and she leaves you the whatsapp to be aware and today she even confirmed my 3 packages with a photo. In many cases it is very likely that from the origin they do not put a complete address, which means they cannot deliver. I suggest that you go directly to pick up packages without making calls, since it is a package, I buy your things that you like or need, why can't you go personally to check well instead of dialing so much by cell phone? And when they are told by cel that it has been returned to the supplier, if it is the first day of that, it means that it is in the process of... So they haven't come back yet, they put those packets. in a special place to start that process. And if they are going to pick them up quickly, they give them to you before being returned. So it is with Quality Post the same with DHL.... Before giving bad comments, I see that very few really care about their package. Since they don't go personally to order their packages, nor do they try to do that, they just mark x cel, that's no use....

empresa FRADULENTA, no entregan los envíos, ni hacen el intento, sólo cobran el servicio para no darlo, y llenan su reporte de seguimiento con mentiras, alegando que no había nadie en el domicilio cuando es totalmente falso, incluso supuestamente reparten a las 10pm y en 5 minutos reportan que no había nadie. El status que te muestra el seguimiento al segundo o tercer día es optimista pues según tu paquete ya está en camino, pasan 10 días y NADA! y es cuando se generan los reportes con mentiras para no entregarte el paquete y devolverlo. Que mal que los e-commerce estén contratando estas paqueterías patito que no dan el ancho, más vale usar empresas con respaldo y renombre.
FRAUDULENT company, they do not deliver the shipments, nor do they try, they only charge for the service to not provide it, and fill their tracking report with lies, alleging that there was no one at the address when it is totally false, they even supposedly deliver at 10pm and in 5 minutes they report that there was no one. The status that the follow-up shows you on the second or third day is optimistic because according to your package it is already on its way, 10 days go by and NOTHING! and that is when the reports with lies are generated so as not to deliver the package and return it. Too bad that e-commerce is hiring these duckling packages that don't give the width, it's better to use companies with support and reputation.

Muy buen servicio, de 52 paquetes solo me han extraviado uno, he recibido paquetes desde hace 3 años y siempre muy amables. La verdad mejoraron muchísimo el servicio, al inició tardaban mucho en entregar y los repartidores marcaban visitas falsas, en cambio ahora considero que es uno de los mejores servicios que entrega paquetes de Aliexpress.
Very good service, out of 52 packages I have only lost one, I have received packages for 3 years and they are always very friendly. The truth is that they greatly improved the service, at the beginning they took a long time to deliver and the delivery men marked false visits, however now I consider it to be one of the best services that delivers Aliexpress packages.

Pues a mí me fue bien, aunque no desmerito las experiencias de las demás personas. Igual por eso mejor les doy ciertos consejos para que su entrega sea exitosa: al checar mi seguimiento, en cuando vi que mi paquete llegó a la sucursal, pedí agendar una cita para ir personalmente a recoger mi paquete y evitar una posible pérdida (como muchos lo han comentado) a manos de algún repartidor. Pues algo ocurrió que prefirieron entregarme el paquete en mi domicilio (me llegó hoy, siendo que mi cita era para el 06 de junio y hasta me marcaron para salir). Yo les sugiero eso: programen cita para que no haya problema en que el paquete se pierda, posiblemente ellos lo marcan como "sí o sí el cliente va a pasar por el, ya sabe que está en sucursal" y mejor se resignan y hacen la entrega para evitarse problemas, porque el argumento de "pérdida" se cae una vez tú aseguras tu paquete con una cita, al menos esta es mi teoría.

They claim packages are delivered when they are not, and when you try to make a claim with Mail Americas, an automated message comes back telling you that they can't track your package because it was "unregistered" and was put "under the door" with no signature required for delivery.

I am writing to share my recent experience with qualitypost in GDL, after placing an order for merchandise on AliExpress 30 Dec 2021. Before this date, I had never known qualitypost. Please be assured, that my comments here are true, and reflect my actual experience. After placing my order on AliExpress, I think that the most difficult part of the process is waiting for your package to arrive at your door. The entire shipping and delivery process from China to Guadalajara (GDL) Mexico lasted from 30 Dec 2021 to 21 Jan 2022. Upon arrival in CDMX, the package processed successfully through Mexican customs. After clearance through Mexican customs, shipping and custody of my package was again in the hands of qualitypost in CDMX. Using my tracking number on AliExpress, I was able to see that qualitypost transported my package successfully from CDMX to the qualitypost destination station in GDL. Because I was unfamiliar with qualitypost as a company, I wondered where the qualitypost facility was located in GDL. Consequently, I used Google Maps to locate the qualitypost station in GDL. Upon locating the qualitypost station in GDL using Google Maps, I began to read the "reviews" for this particular qualitypost facility in GDL. Honestly, I was horrified to read the many negative reviews, and I immediately began to worry that my package would disappear once custody of my package was in the hands of the qualitypost station in GDL. After reading the negative reviews on Google Maps, I called the phone number for qualitypost provided to me using the AliExpress tracking details for my shipment. My phone call to qualitypost was immediately answered (less than two minutes waiting) by a very conscientious qualitypost call center representative who spoke only Spanish. I asked to speak with a quality post representative in English. The Spanish speaking representative promised to have an English speaking call center representative return my call shortly. In less than ten minutes, I received a call from qualitypost call center representative, Sr. Reyna. Sr. Reyna immediately asked me for additional delivery location details to update my delivery record (he aske for my Colonia, as well as local cross streets near my location). He then listened to my concerns, which were entirely related to the negative reviews that I encountered on Google Maps regarding the qualitypost station in GDL. Sr. Reyna took the time on the phone with me to navigate to the same web page on Google Maps, where he reviewed the negative experiences of other qualitypost customers in GDL. Sr. Reyna said, "I am going to share this Google Maps review information immediately with my call center supervisors." He then assured me, not to worry, that my package would arrive as promised. He invited me to call him back should I have any further concerns. The next morning, to my surprise, I received a call from a qualitypost call center supervisor named Srta. Hernandez. Srta. Hernandez assured me that qualitypost was doing everything to improve their levels of service in GDL, and throughout Mexico, as their volume of deliveries increases. She also assured me, to have confidence that qualitypost would deliver my package to my door, as promised, and that her team at qualitypost was sincerely committed to consistent improvement, and excellent delivery results. The qualitypost team that I encountered could not have been more sincere, conscientious about providing service, and caring about my delivery. I must thank both Sr. I. Reyna, and Srta. G. Hernandez for their excellent efforts, and commitment to me, a first time customer. A courteous qualitypost courier delivered my package in perfect condition at 14:00 hours on 21 Jan 2022, four days early. I hope my recent positive experience adds balance to the many reviews regarding qualitypost in GDL.
