★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía ya 3 visitas como “No hay quien reciba” de diferentes días pero nunca llego el mensajero. Tuve que insistir en llamar 2 o 3 veces por semana. De igual manera al último intento llame para preguntar en qué sucursal se encontraba para ir directamente por él y fue así, Tiempo de espera unos 40 min. Pero la Atención excelente obviamente están haciendo su trabajo por eso la espera.

Estoy cansada de escribirles y llamarles y que no haya respuesta..
Fui a buscar mi paquete y el número que marcaba no es el de la sucursal pero fueron muy amables, espere alrededor de una hora un paquete y me pidieron disculpas y dijeron que hay mucho repartidor nuevo contratado que no hace su trabajo y que al final registran estado de entrega fallida y no llegan al domicilio un paquete ya me lo llevaban a domicilio y el otro que tenia más tiempo estaba ahí solo les puedo decir que vayan por su paquete si ya tardo más de lo normal, yo si tube una buena experiencia el joven que me atendió es muy amable igual que la recepcionista y el repartidor wue se llevaba mi paquete...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quality post, no contestan el teléfono para pode localizar mi paquete ya que el día que entregaron el paquete no estaba nadie para recibirlo ahora ni siquiera se donde puedo recogerlo ya tiene mas de 20 días que intentaron entregarlo y no facilitan ninguna posibilidad para que uno mismo pueda recoger el paquete en alguna parte eso da desconfianza e incertidumbre de que se quieran quedar con la mercancia Nefastos. DHL MIL VECES MEJOR
