★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice servicio de tintorería a gabardina pidiendo tener cuidado con botones ya que son de material delicado, y aún así al recoger la prenda los botones venían rotos y despostillados.
Perform a dry cleaning service in a trench coat asking to be careful with buttons since they are made of delicate material, and even so when you picked up the garment the buttons came broken and chipped.

Mi familia y yo teníamos un evento importante y se nos olvidó que el horario de cierre es a las 8pm. Por lo que decidí marcar a Quality Asunción para saber si podía recoger la ropa unos minutos más tarde!
Ellos fueron muy comprensibles y me esperaron.
Recomiendo esta tintorería no solo por el servicio si no además por el resultado de mis prendas!

Excellent service!! This is a dry cleaner where they really care about satisfying the customer. My family and I had an important event and we forgot that the closing time is at 8pm. So I decided to mark Quality Asunción to know if I could pick up the clothes a few minutes later!
They were very understandable and they waited for me.
I recommend this dry cleaner not only for the service but also for the result of my clothes!
Definitely the best dry cleaning in the State of Mexico

During my two week stay in Toluca, I had a minor incident with some of my clothes. Stopping by at Quality was the best thing I could have done, not only did the people at the counter speak English, but they were also very warm and friendly. In addition to that they made my stay so much easier by providing express delivery service to my doorstep, and the results of their work were very positive.!
I highly recommend this Dry Clean Quality!!!
