L	Los Gameplays de Muss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roban paquetes, dicen que lo entregaron pero jamás fue así, estuve todo el día en la casa, y no tocaron ni lo dejaron en la entrada. Marcó el día de hoy y me dicen que ellos pueden dejar la cosas sin tocar o avisar y que cualquier cosa lo cheque con el proveedor (AliExpress). Después de 1 mes de esperar mi paquete sencillamente se lo quedan y no te ofrecen una solución. They steal packages, they say they delivered it but it was never like that, I was in the house all day, and they didn't touch it or leave it at the entrance. He marked today and they tell me that they can leave things without touching or notifying and that I check anything with the supplier (AliExpress). After 1 month of waiting for my package they just keep it and don't offer you a solution.

El personal te ofrece solución y falso, la srita que me atendió por WhatsApp me dijo que ya había puesto en la plataforma extraviado y falso, llamé a un número que me dio y ahí señorita me dice que en plataforma dice entregado, le mando mensaje a WhatsApp y oh sorpresa, desactivó los mensajes, intenté llamarle y nada; así que yo para nada los recomendaría, nada empáticos con la gente Nothing recommended. La guía marcaba que ya estaba en Quality Post, fui varias veces y me decían que el paquete estaba en ruta, como a la 3ra vez que fui me dijeron que estaba perdido, que me comunicará con el vendedor para que me regresarán mi dinero, porque ellos no podían hacer nada. Pero la mensajería me lo perdió. Eran unas cartas de Pokémon que mi hijo pido con su dinero, ahorró para comprarlas, yo le tuve que regresar su dinero por el que había trabajado. Los repartidores hacen registro de que pasaron al domicilio pero en realidad nunca llegan, o marcan que ya lo entregaron se comunican contigo que te lo darán después !!! Al segundo intento llegó el repartidor y tocó fuerte(no es queja, mucho mejor para mí porque no llaman) y todo llegó correctamente, no se desesperen. On the second attempt the delivery man arrived and played hard (not a complaint, much better for me because they don't call) and everything arrived correctly, do not despair.
