★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevan 20 días con un paquete en la ciudad de entrega y no pueden entregar nada, siempre ponen que no se recibe por causa de dirección incorrecta o COVID, estamos en cuarentena y siempre hay personas en casa, ponen pretextos tontos, tienen nuestros números telefónicos pero nunca nos han llamado y según ellos nos visitan, pero es mentira, ya que sí recibimos paquetes de DHL, Fedex, Amazon, correos y ninguno tiene problemas, solo Quality Post es incapaz de realizar una entrega, pésimo servicio, no quieren entregar los paquetes. (experiencia con la sucursal de Cuernavaca)

Vayan y toquen y pidan su paquete, se ahorran el disgustos de estar esperando y que no lleguen.

Es la 2 ves que sucede lo mismo, según ellos porque su gps no les marca mi dirección; pero son los únicos. He comprado otras cosas y me han llegado perfectamente. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el rastreo de mi pedido llego a esta sucursal un dia y justo al siguiente dia me llamaron para entregarmelo, no pude recibirlo y justo al siguiente dia temprano (como a las 10 am) fui a recojerlo y me lo entregaron facil y rapido, deberian de pedir credencial o algo haci como en otras paqueterias, por lo menos cuando lo entregan en sucursal, por que no me la pidieron y eso podria ser inseguro, pero fuera de eso el pedido fue entregado con exito
