★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entré a un curso de Qualtop University , el curso es bueno y con un buen instructor, lo único malo es la validez de su certificación, el Scrum International Institute en realidad no es aceptado ningún lado , afortunadamente no dan un costo alto pero si hay que tener en cuenta eso antes de tomar el curso, si lo ven como aprendizaje está más que perfecto, si lo quieren para valor curricular entonces busquen otras opciones.
 I entered a course at Qualtop University, the course is good and with a good instructor, the only bad thing is the validity of its certification, the Scrum International Institute is not really accepted anywhere, fortunately they do not give a high cost but if you have to Take that into account before taking the course, if you see it as learning it is more than perfect, if you want it for curricular value then look for other options.

Si te llaman para trabajar para el cliente GNP ni aceptes la gente de GNP es la mas nefasta y más los jefes de sistemas en lo personal ni como cliente me vuelvo acercar a esa empresa , lo peor es que la empresa qualtop se presta y cuidadito porque te llaman la atención si no te dejas explotar de lunes a domingo por eso mejor renuncie a los pocos días

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado, solo que te encuentres con la necesidad de aprender, no te recomiendo que le dediques demasiado de tu vida en esta empresa, es una empresa que deja a la deriva a sus empleados, no les importa si te la vives trabajando todo el día, no hay calidad de vida, y da muchas largas para todo, tramites, horas extras, etc., sobre todo si te cambias de empleo, su gente de RH no da el seguimiento correcto para el pago del finiquito, tienes que estar detrar de ellos para tener respuestas, no dan ninguna carta de recomendación ni nada que avale que estuviste trabajando con ellos, para la declaración Anual no se encargaron de realizar el pago correspondiente, me mandaron comprobantes "donde aparentemente se había realizado, pero no fue así", ahora el SAT dice que le debo y encima de todo con recargos, no es justo que la gente que se encarga de esto, no haga su trabajo y yo tenga que pagar por algo que ellos debieron hacer desde hace meses, hasta el momento no me han dado solución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante mala, te avisan que tu proyecto se termino de un día a otro, los contratos no se respetan, ni te buscan proyecto como dicen, en general el área del RH es mala, dificil tengas crecimiento profesional, no se te da seguimiento en nada y aunque lleves tres años con ellos te liquidan con menos de un 15na por el tipo de contrato, se atrasan en los pagos, no te dan los programas requeridos para cumplir con el proyecto, existen casos de acoso por parte del personal bastante fuertes y tienen un grupo en donde solo el administrador puede hablar debido a que les molesta el personal les haga saber que cosas son incómodas o cuestionen. 1 de las peores consultoras en las que puedes estar, sin duda no la recomiendo para quien busque crecer profesionalmente a menos que solo la contemplen para estar un par de meses y cambiarse.
