Desconozco si los precios son promedio o elevados, ya que no he necesitado buscar otra alternativa, todo, siempre, me lo han solucionado excelentemente y hasta repetido cuando he pedido cosas que nadie antes ha pedido. M	Mariel Naranjo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoy quedé con un muy mal sabor de boca. el jueves llevé en collar a grabar.. no es la primera vez. cuando lo lleve me dijeron que enviara lo que se iba a grabar por whatsapp y así lo hice al igual que la imagen de lo que quería. como ellos lo habían grabado antes. llegué a la hora acordada y no estaba hecho el trabajo. pero que estaría en 10 minutos... me lo entregaron y no que había solicitado. en tono bastante grosero me dijeron que llevara otro collar al otro día y me lo grababan en blanco porque ya no tenían pasta negra que era como yo lo había solicitado. o sea yo tenia que entregarlo ya me lo habían pagado. así de fácil.. lo grabamos del otro lado.. o traiga otro mañana y grabamos. de verdad me quedé sin palabras, perdí el collar, perdí el cliente y perdí lo que ya había pagado por adelantado del grabado. como van cambiado. los dueños deben estar presentes.. los empleados no tienen nada que perder. today I had a very bad taste in my mouth. on Thursday I wore a necklace to record ... not the first time. In other words, I had to deliver it, they had already paid me. It's that easy .. we record it on the other side .. or bring another one tomorrow and we record. I was truly speechless, I lost the necklace, I lost the customer and I lost what I had already paid for in advance for the engraving. how are they changed. owners must be present .. employees have nothing to lose.
