Climbing down the stairs to see the rocks and sea may be a little risky for elderly people or young children, so I would advice people to be careful.
There's a middle stop that has a resting space, so making a stop there to consider if it's feasible to keep climbing down would be ideal.
Would definitely recommend visiting, it's worth the trip.
