★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí un aire LG 1ton con ellos (incluye instalación básica: el aire viene con el material necesario básico, no se incluye mano de obra) y al momento de la instalación el equipo presentó fallas.
QueCalor no te ofrece cambio de equipo, la garantía es directamente con el fabricante pero te ayudan con el tramite.
Anteriormente compre un aire portátil marca Carrier y no tuve problema, por eso mi preferencia a comprar aquí.
I purchased an LG 1ton air conditioner with them (includes basic installation: the air conditioner comes with the necessary basic material, labor is not included) and at the time of installation the equipment had faults.
QueCalor does not offer you a change of equipment, the guarantee is directly with the manufacturer but they help you with the process.
Previously I bought a Carrier brand portable air and I had no problem, that's why my preference to buy here.
