Vayan con tiempo porque las órdenes tardan en salir, pero la espera valdrá la pena cuando vean cómo el maiz azul se desliza por el comal para crear una quesadilla perfecta, con la sazón de Chalma.
The best quesadillas in the area, without a doubt. They are only from Wednesday to Saturday nights. Go early because orders take time to come out, but the wait will be worth it when you see how the blue corn slides down the griddle to create a perfect quesadilla, with Chalma seasoning.

El servicio es un poco lento pero la espera lo vale, no podría recomendarles algo en particular ya que todo es DELICIOSO pero mis favoritas las Quesadillas de Hongos y Flor de Calabaza con Queso.
I have known Ms. Alicia for about 20 years and she has surely been selling there for as many more. The service is a bit slow but the wait is worth it, I couldn't recommend anything in particular since everything is DELICIOUS but my favorites are the Mushroom and Pumpkin Flower Quesadillas with Cheese.
