★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si alguna vez han escuchado las frases " El sabor de los recuerdos" o ese platillo me " Transportó a los años de mi niñez" entonces podrán comprender que a veces no vamos a comer a un lugar ni por su ubicación, ni su variedad ni la presentación de sus platillos; vamos por ese sabor que conocemos y que esperamos encontrar desde hace más de 40 años y que a pasado de una generación a otra. Quizás podrían mejorar un poco las instalaciones, pero insisto, al final, lo que atrae, lo verdaderamente importante se sigue conservando.
