★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estás quesadillas son sin duda las mejores de toda la zona, incluso me atrevería a decir que de la ciudad completa. Son de masa azul hasta las 11 o 12 HRS. Después de ese horario las encontrarás de maíz amarillo, por lo que ve temprano de preferencia. Las mejores por excelencia son las de chicharrón prensado y las gorditas pídelas de "boronitas". Hay tlacoyos y tacos de algunos guisados cómo mole verde. Si vas, di que vas de parte del joven "Marcelo de economía" para que te dé mejor trato, aunque ni falta hace porque la señora trata muy bien a todos sus clientes.

Probe la típica de queso, la de tinga de pollo con queso, y sus exquisitas gorditas de chicharron seco con quesito y nopales. Las salsas exquisitas! Hay un guacamole, una verde hervida y una roja que pica mucho y está exquisita. La atención maravillosa. Tomé un jarrito de vidrio rojo. Una delicia!!!
I arrived looking for quesadillas all over town. Finding Doña Mari was a treasure. The quesadillas are classic and exquisite. Try the typical cheese, the chicken tinga with cheese, and its exquisite gorditas of dry pork rinds with cheese and nopales. Exquisite sauces! There is a guacamole, a boiled green one and a red one that is very spicy and exquisite. Wonderful care. I took a red glass mug. A delight!!!
