Aquí acostumbran la carne asada refrita y para mí un buen taco de asada es al carbón estilo Tijuana. Con la carne recién hecha, termino medio, acompañado de frijoles güeros, una buena salsa y limón. El Chocolate lo tiene todo! Y además aprendió en TJ. Además de que comerás los mejores tacos de asada de la región, El Chocolate compartirá una muy agradable plática y seguro te sacará más de una sonrisa. El primer día fuimos en bola. De entrada me pedí uno de asada. Pa' calar. Pero ya estado ahí y viendo como El Chocolate interactúa con su asador y el carbón... supe que era El Lugar. Me discutí una quesadilla de asada después y para rematar media especial. Quesadilla combinada de asada con enchilada y la tortilla asadita. Todo esto acompañado con una exquisita salsa asada también al carbón y hecha en el molcajete. La segunda ve vimos que tiene también volcanes, que ya probaremos en la siguiente visita. Neta no te puedes perder comer con El Chocolate
