★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno pensaría que es una quesadilla como cualquier otra pero al probarla se da uno cuenta que el carbón le da un sabor único a pueblo, ya para finalizar esa obra de arte uno le pone unas cuantas gotas de la salsa echa en molcajete y listo. Muy recomendable
