★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui porque mi niño es alérgico a la proteína de leche de vaca, siempre me dijeron que la leche de chiva tenía un cierto olor (a chiva), sin embargo no es asi, su sabor es tan rico y cremoso, desgraciadamente a mi niño no le callo por las proteínas que tiene, solo tomo un litro pero probó los elixires de la vida con ello.
El lugar es muy limpio, tienen vista hasta su laboratorio y se ve todo super reluciente, no he tenido la oportunidad de probar sus quesos, pero se que no me defraudará.

Y esta muy económico obviamente estamos hablando que es un queso elaborado artesanalmente y se me hizo económico para su naturaleza
También hay opciones ? de vinito ? para acompañar, claro eso si no se si estaban a la venta
