I love their products, but BEWARE, THEY GAVE ME A FALSE EXCHANGE TICKET! I went to claim 5 min later, because I didn't realize it, I know, I should have checked my change, but hey, check your change !!!! Obviously, they didn't accept my claim, how sad :(
