Hay de gustos a gustos. Pero a nosotros éste es el que nos gusta más.
Bien madurado, de sabor consistente, con la cantidad de grasa esperada y una textura increíble.
En otoño compramos algunos para madurar en cera de abeja y el resultado es muy bueno.
Ya sé, no se consigue fácil e ir hasta allá es molesto. Pero de verdad, vale la pena.
