N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ <清潔な地元産のチーズ店(ワインもある)> ケレタロ州のこちらの辺り一帯、「ワイン・チーズ・芸術の街道」として州が力を入れて整備しています。ケレタロの街からベルナルに至るまでのこういった街道とその周辺にはワイナリーやチーズ屋さんの独立店舗が点在していますが、ベルナルの街中にはほとんどなく、こちらくらいでしか見かけませんでした。サクッと買って帰りたい方にオススメです。コロナ禍故か試食試飲はありませんでしたので、きちんとお買いになりたい方は早めに街を出て、街以外の直営店舗に行かれることをオススメします。チーズもワインもとても美味しくいただきました。購入した2種類のチーズの賞味期限は購入日から3ヶ月くらい先でした。 This area of Queretaro is being developed by the state as a "Wine, Cheese and Art Road".
