★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El buen detalle es que tienen quesos del rancho José María, deliciosos quesos de oveja. En general les falta surtido, sobre todos de quesos de la región. Tienen productos polimax, de Polotitlán, buenos a secas. Buena atención, aunque les falta profesionalismo para atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los quesos que te dan a degustar difieren del que te venden. Mi recomendación es que prueben la degustación y ya cuando decidan cual llevar pidan una prueba del queso que sacan de la nevera. La verdad no son nada espectacular. Gasten su dinero en algo de calidad.
The cheeses they give you to taste differ from the ones they sell you. My recommendation is that they try the tasting and when they decide which one to take they ask for a proof of the cheese they take out of the fridge. The truth is nothing spectacular. Spend your money on something of quality.
