★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes quesos. me he quedado prendido de ellos, desde su queso manchego de nuez hasta su queso asadero de habanero y nuez!!! los recomiendo muchísimo.
Antes estuve probando en diferentes queseras/productos y casi no me convencía ninguno, y menos los del centro comercial, hasta que un familiar me los recomendó y decidí probarlos.
A partir de ese momento, se han vuelto mis favoritos. Ahí compro el queso doble crema para postres (muy rico y con una consistencia cremosa pero firme), el queso panela, la nata (es de mis favoritas), el Oaxaca de excelente sabor!! que son artesanales puesto que no tienen agregados químicos para caducidad/sabor/espesantes.
Y otro aspecto que me gusta del lugar es que si quieres otra combinación de queso e ingredientes, lo puedes solicitar y personalizar tu queso (a tu gusto).
También, venden crema espesa, yogurt creo de 2 sabores, unas tostadas de ajonjolí (creo) que saben buenas, cortes y carne al pastor que he probado, con un buen sabor.
Excellent cheeses. I've been hooked on them, from their walnut manchego cheese to their asadero habanero and walnut cheese !!! I highly recommend them.
Before, I was trying different cheese shops / products and I was hardly convinced by any of them, least of all those in the shopping center, until a relative recommended them to me and I decided to try them.
From that moment on, they have become my favorites. There I buy the double cream cheese for desserts (very rich and with a creamy but firm consistency), the panela cheese, the cream (it is one of my favorites), the Oaxaca of excellent flavor !! They are handmade since they do not have chemical additives for expiration / flavor / thickeners.
And another aspect that I like about the place is that if you want another combination of cheese and ingredients, you can request it and customize your cheese (to your liking).
Also, they sell heavy cream, yogurt I think of 2 flavors, some sesame toast (I think) that tastes good, cuts and meat al pastor that I have tried, with a good flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos sus productos pero recomendación: no sean como las grandes empresas, que una vez que ya adquirieron buena fama le bajan la calidad o cambian de proveedor ya que no es lo mismo aunque crean que no se dan cuenta los clientes son muy perceptivos en el sabor.
