M	Memo AL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona de recursos humanos habla y presume que en la empresa son una familia pero por lo visto tratan a los que no son empleados de manera descortés e irrespetuosa. Fui a una entrevista y me dijeron que fuera puntual por lo que llegué poco menos de 5 min antes d la hora, aún así me atendieron de 25 a 30 minutos después de la hora en que me citaron. La señora de RH que me entrevistó sin conocerme hizo conjeturas d mi forma d ser solo con ver mi currículum, y lo curioso es que no le atino a ninguna por lo que me pareció ofensivo, poco profesional de su parte y muy prejuiciosa. Para suerte de la sra d RH, no recuerdo su nombre pero está lejos d ser amable, analítica y predicar con acciones lo que presume con la boca, me pareció algo irrespetuosa con los tiempos y muy prejuiciosa, la clásica persona que pide pero no da. No sé si así sea la sra o estaba en sus días o de mal humor, pero presume algo q NO demuestran con hechos, yo no tuve una buena experiencia con la encargada d RH que si considera que la empresa es una familia, pude ver que es una familia disfuncional con problemas como todos y que sólo aparenta, pero bueno esa impresión me dió ella, del resto de la empresa, no puedo decir nada a favor. The HR person talks and presumes that they are a family in the company but apparently they treat non-employees in a rude and disrespectful way. I went to an interview and they told me to be on time, so I arrived a little less than 5 minutes before the time, even so they saw me 25 to 30 minutes after the time they called me. The HR lady who interviewed me without knowing me made assumptions about my way of being just by looking at my resume, and the funny thing is that I did not hit any of them for what I found offensive, unprofessional on her part and very prejudiced. Fortunately for Mrs. RH, I do not remember her name but she is far from being kind, analytical and preaching with actions what she presumes with her mouth, she seemed somewhat disrespectful to the times and very prejudiced, the classic person who asks but does not give . I do not know if this is the case, or if she was in her days or in a bad mood, but she presumes something that they DO NOT demonstrate with facts, I did not have a good experience with the HR manager that if she considers that the company is a family, I could see that It is a dysfunctional family with problems like everyone else and that only appears, but hey that impression she gave me, of the rest of the company, I cannot say anything in favor.

Que son quienes siempre hacen de la suya porque los dueños no están al tanto de sus auditorías.
