★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que grata experiencia se tiene en “El Rebaño”. Hay que reservar con tiempo ya que de momento no esta abierta todos los días a tours. La maestra quesera nos recibió en la puerta de la propiedad y nos dio el tour a lo largo de todos los procesos de producción. A los pocos minutos del tour puedes notar que para ella esto no es un trabajo sino su vida. La cava y la degustación de quesos estan hechas con buen gusto y pasión. El display de quesos y vino a degustar no defrauda. Si te gustan los quesos con carácter no dejes de ir a la quesería “El Rebaño”. Sus quesos se desmarcan por mucho de otros de la región.
