El único detalle que les falla de forma espectacular es la atención al cliente, siento que estoy en una institución gubernamental haciendo diligencias y que las empanadas las dejan muy aceitosas, como si metieran la empanada y luego calentarán el aceite, PERO están ricas, después de que les terminas de exprimir el aceite,claro. Never tried Venezuelan food in my life until I went to this restaurant and was just blown away by the flavors dancing in my mouth of the various dishes I tried (Patacón be still my heart!)! I can't imagine what the food is like in REAL Venezuela but if it's anything like what I tried at this restaurant, then I can only hope for more peaceful times when Venezuela opens its borders again for foreigners like myself. This restaurant is an absolute MUST-SEE attraction for anyone visiting or staying in Merida, Mexico! Absolutely, no doubt! Aside from delicious meals on offer in generous proportions, the staff are also super friendly and the customers equally so! Going here, you'll very likely meet some Venezuelan-nationals who you can talk to (Spanish or English) and make fast friends with! Venezuelans are super lovable!! ❤️ As a final note, I should add that the restaurant has comfortable seating arrangements and accessory items for sale that dazzle the eyes as much as the food dazzles the palate. Topmost rating for this restaurant, no two ways about it. Viva la Venezuela! ??????
