★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los mejores fabricantes de quesos de la region, de sus variedades me encanta el Queso Asadero y el Queso De Hebra (Oaxaca o Quesillo), la Crema es un tanto acida para mi gusto, pero igual de muy buena sensacion al paladar. Puedes tambien saborear las empanadas y demas antojitos que elaboran desde muy temprano en su local. Hay mesas para degustar en el sitio, o bien pides para llevar. Si pasas de Huimanguillo hacia Estacion Chontalpa o viceversa encuentras su ubicacion justo donde esta el anuncio de la Carniceria Anita (Carne de Bufalo)... y por cierto igual te recomiendo estos cortes de un excelente sabor! Provecho!!
One of the best cheese makers in the region, of its varieties I love the Asadero Cheese and the Queso De Hebra (Oaxaca or Quesillo), the Cream is a bit acidic for my taste, but just as very good on the palate. You can also savor the empanadas and other appetizers that they prepare very early in their premises. There are tables to taste on site, or order to go. If you go from Huimanguillo to Chontalpa Station or vice versa, you will find its location right where the Butcher Shop Anita (Buffalo Meat) sign is... and by the way, I still recommend these excellent-tasting cuts! Advantage!!
