★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quesos deliciosos, hay frescos y madurados. Los herederos del fundador han mantenido la calidad y el buen servicio. Todos los tipos que venden son recomendables, yo prefiero el Tilstit entre los madurados y la Adobera de los frescos. El queso tipo Lagos también está buenísimo.

Además de algunos otros productos artesanales pero también recomiendo los dulces locales de la marca La Regional, muy frescos además de ricos y los rollos rellenos de piñon uff exquisitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen if your in the altos de Jalisco you need to try their adobera cheese. I've been eating their cheese since I was little as they been in business since the middle 70s. They also have the gouda which is creamy and delicious. It's a must to try their cheese.
