★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little place to visit if you are in the Tequisqiapan , nice little tour showing you the whole process of cheese making, from milk extraction, to cheese packaging, we like the goats bleating and looking at the cows... the cheese sampling was great, with a good variety to sample, we couldn't visit the restaurant but it seemed nice...
Had a good time in this place.... we learned a lot about how to pick cheese at stores just by reading the labels..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese tour was really rushy and the tasting includes very little tiny samples.
The wine tour was amazing, really worth it. However, the wine tasting includes only one glass of the house wine and it is not good.
Last, we bought cheese, but we specifically asked for Reblochon and they gave us who knows what. Very disappointed ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good tour with detailed explanation of cheese making. At the end of the tour you sample a variety of cheeses and you can purchase wine from the vineyard next door. You visit their cheese have and look at their livestock. I would recommend this if you have kids with you
