★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy buen lugar para realizarse sus estudios clínicos. La Q. Dulce quien me atendió a la llegada, y quien se encargo de tomar mis muestras fue muy amable y muy profesional. Estoy muy feliz de que Quest Diagnostics tenga personal super capacitado.
 It is a very good place to have your clinical studies. The Q. Dulce who attended me on arrival, and who was responsible for taking my samples was very friendly and very professional. I am very happy that Quest Diagnostics has super trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prueba de antígenos para COVID-19 bien rápida de tomar y de recibir resultados pero el personal no se encuentra adecuadamente informado. Por teléfono no te dicen que solo ciertas sucursales Quest están habilitadas y cuando vas te dicen 1) que revises que Aeroméxico solo acepta pruebas de ciertos laboratorios (no es cierto) 2) que mejor lleves la prueba con 24 horas de antelación y no 48, cuando la aerolínea requiere 72 horas.
The COVID-19 antigen test is very quick to take and receive results, but the staff is not adequately informed. On the phone they do not tell you that only certain Quest branches are enabled and when you go they tell you 1) to check that Aeroméxico only accepts tests from certain laboratories (not true) 2) that you better take the test 24 hours in advance and not 48, when the airline requires 72 hours.
