Terrible service, I took my dog to get vaccinated and they only put him in and out, I don't know if he was vaccinated, and the label they put on the vaccination card was signed in pencil, neither ID nor stamp was placed

Acabo de llevar a un cachorro que llevé a revisión hace una semana, se supone que era seguimiento y el tipo que me abrió me dijo que no podía atenderme la Dra porque estaba ocupada, siendo que tenía cita 4pm y su pretexto fue que ya eran 4:10 cosa que es absurda x que nunca me dijeron que después de 10 minutos se cancela la cita. En fin me sacaron 800 pesos en la cita pasada y no hubo revisión de seguimiento. Llevaba oras 2 perritas pero con esto JAMAS. SON UN ASCO. Son buenos para cobrar y vender medicamentos o necesarios.
Unprofessional!!! I just took a puppy that I took for a check-up a week ago, it was supposed to be a follow-up and the guy who opened it for me told me that the doctor couldn't see me because she was busy, since she had an appointment at 4pm and her excuse was that there were already 4 :10 which is absurd because they never told me that after 10 minutes the appointment is cancelled. In short, they took 800 pesos from me at the last appointment and there was no follow-up review. I was carrying 2 dogs but with this NEVER. THEY ARE DISGUSTING. They are good at cashing in and selling medicine or necessities.
