Primeramente, pase a comer a Córdoba y como no recordar los lugares de mi antaño. Un lugar con gratos recuerdos era el QL, siempre lleno, el sonar de los trastes y bullicio de la gente era música en mi mente e ir a comer allí era mi religión. Hoy, después de muchos años de no estar en Córdoba, vuelvo a ir a comer al QL.
El tiempo pasa y creo que algunas tradiciones y chefs o cocineras... también. Nada queda del caldo ni mucho menos del pollo estilo QL.
Me dió infección estomacal y ya van 10 días del contagio y aún sigo con molestias y unos $1,300 de medicamentos, es una lastima que en plena pandemia, muchos lugares no hayan aprendido a cuidarse, ni a cuidar a los demás más si son comensales. El QL que conocí, quedó en la historia. Cero recomendable.
I am sorry to say it but for the general public it is necessary to mention it.
Firstly, I went to eat in Córdoba and how can I not remember the places of my yesteryear. A place with fond memories was the QL, always full, the sound of the frets and bustle of people was music in my mind and going to eat there was my religion. Today, after many years of not being in Córdoba, I go back to eat at the QL.
Time passes and I think some traditions and chefs or cooks... too. Nothing remains of the broth, much less of the QL-style chicken.
It gave me a stomach infection and it's been 10 days since the infection and I'm still in pain and about $1,300 worth of medicine. It's a shame that in the midst of a pandemic, many places have not learned to take care of themselves, or to take care of others more if they are diners. The QL that I met, remained in history. Zero recommended.
