 PESSIMO SERVICE AND PESSIMO QUALITY. ARE THIEVES THAT CHARGE FOR SERVICES THAT DO NOT AND MATERIALS THAT DO NOT PUT. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO RESPECT A DELIVERY DATE AND EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR THEIR "EXPRESS" SERVICE, IT WILL LATE AFTER WEEKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca formalidad y trabajo de mediana calidad. Fui a recoger una bolsa (por cambio de asas) dos días después de la fecha indicada y no estaba lista. No me molesté y hasta les pagué el trabajo ese día, para aprovechar la vuelta. Como mínimo esperaba un trabajo de muy buena calidad que empatara la de mi bolsa Guess... Sin embargo, las asas de segunda contrastan significativamente con la calidad original del bolso. :(
Little formality and medium quality work. I went to pick up a bag (for handle change) two days after the indicated date and it was not ready. I didn't bother and even paid for their work that day, to take advantage of the return. At the very least I was expecting a very good quality work that would tie that of my Guess bag ... However, the secondhand handles contrast significantly with the original quality of the bag. :(

Las tres estrellas son porque el trabajo que realizan es muy bueno, las faltantes son por la persona que atiende
