★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si puedes buscar otra floreria sera lo mejor, ademas hay mas y por mejores precios y te los llevan ya con servicio de entrega incluido en su costo. Solicité via WhatsApp mi pedido, ya que había visto que por la pagina han tenido varios problemas. Si embargo es el colmo y poco profesionalismo de las personas que ahí laboran. Ya que desde un dia antes solicite un arreglo y me explicaron que se entregaría de entre ciertas horas. Al dia siguiente espere de 9 a 11 am (lo cual la persona me confirmo) y nunca llego, tuve que enviarles mensaje nuevamente para saber que había pasado y me dijeron que nunca tomaron mi pedido que según esto tenían que darme un número de pedido (lo cual jamas hicieron) pero solo comentaron que el compañero no tomo la orden.
 Terrible service, if you can find another florist it will be the best, also there are more and for better prices and they take them to you with delivery service included in their cost. I requested my order via WhatsApp, since I had seen that they have had several problems on the page. However, it is the height and unprofessionalism of the people who work there. Since a day before I requested an arrangement and they explained to me that it would be delivered between certain hours. The next day I waited from 9 to 11 am (which the person confirmed) and I never arrived, I had to send them a message again to know what had happened and they told me that they never took my order that according to this they had to give me an order number ( which they never did) but they only commented that the partner did not take the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery of flowers and the box of chocolates on 14th Feb. The delivery was late and they forgot about the chocolates . But next day they delivered chocolates and another bouquet of flowers as an apology. Communication on English was perfect , staff is very polite , flowers are fresh and beautiful, look same or even better than on pics from website. Would recommend these guys.

This shop took my money and did not provide the services I paid for- then tried arguing when I asked for my money back. Waiting for a word from my bank tomorrow who confirmed they authorized a payment they were not able to fulfill.
Do not trust these crooks.
