Impone una administración claramente cuidando siempre sus intereses y no la de los condóminos, sus garantias son de nula calidad, los elevadores inservibles, además de realizar omisiones en la construcción que afectan la plusvalía del inmueble y comodidad de sus residentes. No compre usted en Quiero Casa.

En calles cercanas sobre av Pacífico se cayeron esificios, en la col sto domingo hubo escuelas con cuartiaduras, y en av aztecas y eje 10 siempre hay agua brotando de las alcantarillas.
La zona sur sigue temblando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta que está constructora inicio labores y cuando hacían las excavaciones para la cimentación, comenzó a brotar agua que con solo una sencilla purificación (estudios científicos lo respaldan) es apta para el consumo humano, pero el gobierno dijo que esa agua era hasta "cancerígena" lo cual es una vil mentira.
Entonces estos coproencefalicos en su gran ambición por ganar más dinero optó por usar bombas para sustraer el líquido vital para arrojarlo a las alcantarillas y así continuar con la obra, a lo cual no han podido lograr. Se calcula que desde que comenzaron a arrojar el agua, hasta el día de hoy alcanzaría para abastecer por 3 días a toda la CDMX.
No compres problemas!
No te arriesgues a ti ni tu familia en construcciones mal cimentadas!
No apoyes a este Ecocidio, se vienen tiempos difíciles y el AGUA nos hará falta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bonito el condominio y los residentes cuidan mucho el lugar, tiene amenidades como asador y salón de usos múltiples, área de juegos y gym, esta muy lindo el lugar. Todo aquel que se queje de otra cosa es gente muy amargada, porque el lugar está muy bien, tiene administración y está muy tranquilo para vivir. Un familiar y yo compramos ahí y la verdad estamos muy contentos. Hay mucho Hater, que dejó su opinión aquí, que ni siquiera vive ahí y sólo inventan. Además tiene planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales que beneficia a la comunidad y el reúso de las aguas.
