★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren a Quierocasa, Qaya, Condominios Urbanos Premier, ni Agatha. La calidad de la construcción es pésima. No se hacen responsables por la garantía. Te dan muchas facilidades para que compres, incluso la "escrituración gratis" ( que no es gratis puesto que ellos te meten las escrituras a jornada notarial y en realidad el subsidio te lo da el gobierno pero ellos se paran el cuello diciendo que te las regalan ), todo es una trampa para que les compres y después te salen miles de defectos, y cuando quieres hacer válida la garantía, te condicionan a que renuncies a tu propia garantía que viene en el contrato de compraventa y acta de entrega. De este modo ellos te resolverán lo que ellos quieren y no lo que reclamas, dejándote sin garantía tras que les tienes que firmar tu renuncia a tu propia garantia que incluso esta registrada en Profeco. Ahórrate el dolor de cabeza de tu vida. Mejor busca por otro lado y nunca le compres a la familia Shabot. Solo les interesa el dinero fácil de tu crédito hipotecario. Busca en YOUTUBE las quejas con Garralda en A QUIEN CORREDPONDA, ademas de la lista negra de PROFECO de las quejas contra todas las marcas de QUIEROCASA, y en APESTAN.COM, además de los grupos de queja en FACEBOOK.
Don't buy from Quierocasa, Qaya, Premier Urban Condominiums, or Agatha. The quality of construction is appalling. They are not responsible for the guarantee. Es un desarrollo muy bien pensando. Contiene departamentos de una, dos y tres recámaras con cajones de estacionamiento, áreas de juegos y varias amenidades.
