★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como una construcción que no cumple ningún reglamento y que solo busca beneficiarse económicamente, todo el complejo está siendo edificado sobre terreno húmedo fangoso el cual fue rellenado para darle "firmeza" con escombro de los edificios que colapsaron en el sismo del 2017. No cumple con normativa de impacto de zona y quién compre ahí sin duda tendrá muchos problemas a futuro con los vecinos afectados de la zona conurbada. Aunado a que el flujo vehicular se saturará, y los fines de semana el tianguis del Chopo ocupa tres de las calles que la rodean. Si quieres comprar problemas compra ahí sin duda. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La construcción parece ser de primera. Pero los Deptos están muy aglomerados y constan de un pasillo muy estrecho y escaleras también estrechas. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el espacio para insertar la lavadora es insuficiente para poder colocar un centro de lavado q consta d lavadora y secadora como debiera estar capacitado para ello.
Y además, x si fuera poco, no hay opción al menos a un cajón extra para estacionar el auto; sólo cuenta con un sólo cajón para estacionar un sólo auto.
The construction appears to be top notch. But the apartments are very crowded and consist of a very narrow corridor and narrow stairs. The rooms are very small and the space to insert the washing machine is insufficient to be able to place a washing center that consists of a washing machine and a dryer as it should be able to do so.
And also, if that were not enough, there is no option at least to an extra drawer to park the car; it only has a single drawer to park a single car.
