★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mucho en entregarme el trabajo. El problema es que todo lo quieren hacer por correo electrónico y las respuestas son muy lentas. Si llamas o mandas mensajes por Whatsapp no contestan.
Además cuando ya estaba a punto de mandar a imprimir el trabajo me di cuenta que los colores que se veían en pantalla no correspondían a los impresos.
Falta atención más personalizada.
2 estrellas porque al final sí me gustó el trabajo pero tardaron casi un mes en realizarlo.
 They took a long time to deliver the work to me. The problem is that they want to do everything by email and the responses are very slow. If you call or send messages by WhatsApp they do not answer.
Also, when I was about to send the job to print, I realized that the colors that were seen on the screen did not correspond to the printed ones.
More personalized attention is lacking.
2 stars because in the end I did like the work but it took almost a month to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si necesitan un trabajo de urgencia, no es para nada recomendable, supuestamente me iban a entregar unas tarjetas que pedí a las 11 am y me terminaron dando las tarjetas a las 5:30 pm y a parte tuve que ir a otro lugar por ellas, por que aun no las llevaban y si no iba yo, ni me las hubieran dado ese mismo día.
A parte no siempre contestan el teléfono, si mandas wapp te contestan el primer mensaje y luego ya no responden y te dejan esperando en vez de darte una respuesta honesta
If they need an urgent job, it is not recommended at all, supposedly they were going to give me some cards that I asked for at 11 am and they ended up giving me the cards at 5:30 pm and apart from that I had to go to another place for them, for They still didn't have them and if I didn't go, they wouldn't have given them to me that same day.
Besides, they don't always answer the phone, if you send a WhatsApp they answer the first message and then they don't answer anymore and they leave you waiting instead of giving you an honest answer
