Nunca que me quiso proporcionar la dirección de donde podía ir yo hasta donde están ubicados, me bloquearon mis números desde donde hablé. No se hacen responsables si entregan el paquete en un lugar que no es el indicado. Terrible service the lady who attended me was super rude, I have two weeks waiting for my shipment, I speak day after day and they assure me that it arrives that day in the afternoon. Never that he wanted to give me the address of where I could go to where they are located, my numbers were blocked from where I spoke. They are not responsible if they deliver the package to a place that is not indicated.

No lo recomiendo para nada. You have lousy customer service and very bad delivery service. I had never had a problem with a parcel until they attended to me. I do not recommend it at all.

Nadie me notificó que el paquete, después de tres días, se regresó a la bodega. 3. Una vez que supe donde estaba el paquete, me dijeron que mañana lo podían entregar pero yo necesitaba que llegara a mas tardar hoy. 4. Decidí ir a su bodega (que me queda demasiado lejos) para recoger el paquete y entregarlo yo. Fue LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA. Entiendo que hasta este punto cosas pudieron salirse de las manos y que hayan habido errores humanos pero enserio, contestar el teléfono de esa manera, salir de su bodega con esa cara, que no se hayan ni disculpado, ni entablado una conversación conmigo, ni ofrecido devolverme el dinero, ni nada de nada, sólo pidiendome una firma se me hizo que no tenían ni la más mínima intención de mejorar mi experiencia. POR FAVOR, capaciten a sus empleados en esta parte que es DEMASIADO IMPORTANTE. VERY bad customer service experience. 1. The package I sent said "No one receives." 2. No one notified me that the package, after three days, was returned to the warehouse. 3. Once I knew where the package was, they told me that they could deliver it tomorrow but I needed it to arrive no later than today. 4. I decided to go to your warehouse (which is too far for me) to pick up the package and deliver it myself. It was THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I understand that up to this point things could get out of hand and that there have been human errors but seriously, answer the phone that way, leave their cellar with that face, that they have neither apologized, nor started a conversation with me, nor offered Give me back the money, or anything at all, just asking me for a signature made it clear that they had not the slightest intention of improving my experience. PLEASE train your employees in this part which is TOO IMPORTANT.

Fui a recoger mi paquete a su bodega, para entregarlo por otro medio. Terrible service, although I hired a guaranteed delivery on the day, they did not deliver it in 2 days. Aparte que es super complicado que te contesten. Mejor invierte unos pesos más y asegura que tus envíos sí viajen. Terrible service, they leave you waiting for days, they don't pick up, you have to cancel and look for another option because if not your packages never leave. Apart from that it is super difficult for them to answer you. Better invest a few pesos more and ensure that your shipments do travel.
